Olive Cobin-Zang is mostly overlooked by her parents who travel a lot and leave her with her grandmother.

When Olive’s parents tell her that her Mimi is gone, things change quickly.

Olive is shipped off to a boarding school. But this is no ordinary boarding school.

Reforming Arts School (otherwise known as RASCH) is a former prison set on a remote island. Sounds lovely, right?

On the surface the school is for the “artistically adventurous”, but behind the scenes a select few students are training for something more exciting.

Olive meets a group of new friends with varying talents who are chosen to join a top secret organization.

Adventure ensues and this book takes off on a romp that is equal parts fun and thrills.

This book is great for readers who need comedy and fast-pacing to keep them interested in a book.

I loved it as an adult for the same reasons!

The characters are fun and the premise is great.

I can’t wait for the series to continue and would recommend this to all middle grade readers.
